Bummer

It seems that our Ponte Alto November event will conflict with KWAR and there is nothing we can do about it. The previous wekend is Crown Tourney and the following is Holiday Faire, so there is no chance to switch dates. (And it is a bummer since KWAR will be in Lochmere this year, practically in our own backyard.)

Fortunately, it is not a situation which would harm either event. The November event -- which this year will feature boat instead of horse racing -- is a non-fighting event, whereas KWAR is, well, KWAR.

For those who don't know what KWAR is, it is a Society level event dedicated to rapier. Hence "The Known World Academie of the Rapier."

So, if you are going to an event, go to KWAR. But if you are not a rapier fighter and want to pick a different event, go to Ponte Alto. Yeah!

Heck, if you are a rapier fighter and your SO is not, send him or her our way. We will entertain them for you! (One of the many services we offer!)

And bring your boat for the raingutter regattas.
